Jimmy teaches that finding a spiritual path is as important and healing as the movement from the yoga practice. He has spent the last few years immersing himself into his practice and studying the latest research of yoga and its effects on mental health. He has traveled India, studying cannabis culture and its connection with spirituality. Jimmy’s classes are a place for students to come and heal the mind and body while learning about the benefits of cannabis in a safe environment. Jimmy’s past struggles with addiction, trauma, and other ailments gives him the empathy and compassion to help his clientele in the best way possible.

With a foundation and certification in Reiki, Jimmy has created a specialized modality of energy healing that incorporates therapeutic touch, affirmations, aromatherapy, sound, and color therapy. He calls this modality Higher Healing. By integrating multiple senses into the session, he is able to help clients become present to the current moment, allowing them to release worries about the past and present.

Cannabis has been a part of traditional yogic culture for thousands of years. From the Vedics, to Shiva, to the current day Saduhs, cannabis has been used in India for health and spiritual growth. These teachings have been kept underground for nearly a century as cannabis prohibition became the norm. Jimmy brings these workshops to the people as the stigma and science around cannabis continues to change.
